We have 3 air conditioners in total, one downstairs and two upstairs (one in each bedroom). The air conditioner in the master bedroom has begun to make an erratic strange noise even when disconnected form the mains. It sounds like a reverberating release of pressure.
Our 2 story townhouse is part of a 14 unit block. We therefore have attached neighbours either side. The air conditioner seems to only make this strange noise when the #14 neighbour’s air conditioner is operating. We share the roof space, and perhaps there is a broken seal in the air conditioner piping?
