Tiled roof house of approx 16 squares, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 living areas, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen. Main roof ridge runs east to west. Current air cond is 2 old box in the wall style air cond controlled through ducted heating system. Heating system fans pass cooler air through under floor heating outlets.
Advice on evap or split air conditioner (have ducted heating system that is approx 30 years old) plus quotes for supply & install
Have relatively new split system in one room, this isn't required to be changed
Current inside temperature is generally 24 - 27 on air cond - depending which room you are in.
