We have a Brivis Contour evap a/c with a ducted gas heater both controlled from a Network controller (the vertical type with large window and dial). The a/c runs for several hours and then begins to stop and restart for about 5 minutes. After a few restarts the Network controller seems to lock up. It displays Heater mode and the buttons are unresponsive (including On/off). After a period the controller accepts input but stays in heating mode. After more waiting Cooling can be selected but will only run for a short time.
