Daniel requested 2 quotes from Air Conditioning Professionals in Parramatta
Require a high wall split system, reverse cycle air con installed to property. The loungeroom it needs to cool/heat is approx 5m x 3m.
Outdoor unit can be installed directly below and any condensation drains etc run into the garden.
Power needs to be bought in from switchboard. The switchboard will need upgrading to accomodate this air con as its an older style house and the current circuits will not handle it.
House is tenanted and it will need to be arranged with the tenant for a time to install etc (should be easy however - they obviously want this aircon installed!)
In addition to the above, I recently received a letter from integral energy about "The consumer mains, where Integral Energys overhead line is connected at your premises, were unserviceable and require repair - cream wire cracked and bare"
I believe some shielding on wire has come loose or become exposed and it needs to be replaced.
Looking for best value unit (warranty and power) and for total job to come in at between $1500 and $2000
