Air Conditioner Gas Leak

I have a 17.6 KW 3 phase York Air Conditioner Outdoor Slim-line Unit model number MOC65N35C using R22 gas.
It's about 11 years old but apart from a gas leak it works very well.
I have done my own investigations and I believe that I may have found the leak around the condenser possibly the Schrader valve or one of the pipes connecting into the compressor.
I require a ball park quote to:
1 - do a proper test for any other possible leaks (eg. use nitrogen or vacuum?)
2 - Re-Gas:
Option a - top up refrigerant with R22, I believe it takes about 5 Kg's of RA22 and there is 1/2 left.
Option b - replace refrigerant with an Oz-Chill or HyChill alternative
3 - Please state what warranty would be provided against the gas leaking again from your repair.
Please quote the labor and refrigerant cost separately.
