very prompt with phone call and came out to quote very quickly! Accepted quote and job booked in. I contacted contractor to confirm time and date a few days before appointment and was told had been delayed on other jobs due to rain. Rebooked for another day. Had to put off plasterers and painters who were waiting to patch and paint walls. Extra costs incurred! NO show on agreed date. No call, no response to a number of messages and calls.Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. Anyone can have delays and problems but communication and courtesy is essential.
