The new unit is a Kogan SmarterHome™ 2.6kW Inverter Split System Air Conditioner.

This should be a very easy install. There is already a Panasonic split system (4kw) installed back to back in the lounge room, which this will replace in exactly the same position.
The outdoor unit is located directly behind the wall on the balcony (very short piping). The existing unit is plugged into the wall socket, so there is a dedicated spot already for the new unit (6A).
We may require you to take the old unit away also please.
