Am looking to purchase a Fujitsu SET-ASTG09KMCA C2.5kW H3.2kW Reverse Cycle Split System and get in installed in the top level of my town house. Currently have similar installed down stairs with outdoor unit sitting on roof.
Cheapest I can find the model is $810 (http://appliancecentral.com.au/shop/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=757&utm_source=getprice&utm_medium=cpc) but installation seems unknown if not for a single story dwelling.
Installation upstairs would ideally be against the shared townhouse wall. It would be in close proximity to the back of the house where the first floor roof continues further. I'm wanting outdoor unit to sit in a similar position to the existing for the downstairs if possible.
Am unsure of exact dimensions but im guesting distance would be further than 3 meters needed for cabling/ pipes. There is a power supply connected to the current existing on the roof, not sure if that suffice or if new power needs to be connected to the switchboard etc.
Aircon hasn't been purchased yet until I settle on quote.
