PREMISES TYPE: House Residential - Brick - 1998 - Single story
AREA TO BE INSTALLED: Outside wall brick, inside wall fibro. 1.8Mtr clearance from outside wall to inner fence. Inner fence has 50% spacing to allow air flow through. External unit can be installed on concrete directly outside of internal unit.
ROOF ACCESS: Man hole to internal roof is available from the same room to where the unit is being installed.
ELECTRICAL: Area to be installed is close to the house pwr distribution panel (5mtrs down and 2.5mtrs across). I have been advised the house operates on single-phase PWR.
DISTRIBUTION PANEL: Main 80A, Spa 40A, Oven 32A, Lts 10A, Lts 10A, AC 20A, AC 20A, RCD 40A, PWR 20A, PWR 20A, PWR 20A, AC 20A, HW 20A, 5 spare block that can be used.
TIMEFRAME: Installation date preferred before 20th Jan.
