I need a small (the smallest possible, if there is less than 2.5KW) split system (does not need to be reverse cycle) installed in a 3m x 3m room. Now I am no expert but it appears to be a straight forward installation as the wall that the indoor blower will be attached to is the same wall that will be used to run down the copper pipes on the other side to the bottom of the balcony where the compressor can be installed.
There is an existing split system air conditioning system close by with dedicated AC power.
This is an apartment building.
