I want to install a split-system aircon unit. The installation will be quite straightforward (back-to-back), however, the strata bylaws require all the conduits to be painted in the same colour as the brick of the external wall. Also, for the work approval I need a small diagram of how the external unit will fit in the balcony, so maybe it will be better to schedule a visit first.
