Airconditioner condenser was flooded in Christmas day storms, the heat function now only blows cold air & the cooling element doesn't seem to have the same force as before the flooding of the unit. Insurance require someone to come & view the unit to determine the reason why unit is not operating correctly ie is it due to the flooding of the condenser or it is it age, wear & tear?
