Very unsatisfield !! Roof tile broken during installation & did not repair or replace tile nor was the damge reported . We discovered the broken tile when water flooded our newly painted kitchen.Replacing boken tile resolved the leak. He also did not test unit prior to leaving . We first needed to use the airconditioning last week. We discover that it did not cool . When called regarding lack of coolent in air conditioning unit installed he has avoided resolving problem delaying an inspection and not keeping appointment set . He is now ignoring my phone call .
