Brevis controller breamar system. sometime its working but sometimes not

when we try to turn the brevis controller sometimes it will work but after a few minutes it will stop and even though in the screen it will say its on ir heating there is no heat that is coming out. we need to turn it off again and try agin to set it and if lucky it will work we really dont know whats the problem if its the controler or the system itself
