The person I spoke to couldn\'t give me a cost estimate for the job - only their hourly/15min rate & he couldn\'t give an estimate of time, so I had no way to gauge cost... Ended up going with someone who gave a quote on estimated overall cost, which ended up being spot-on actual cost. Don\'t actually know if Twin Electrics are cheap/average/expensive as was hard to compare them to other quotes.
