A duct from the fan unit has come completely apart at a seam. It's the first join past the fan unit and about 2' from the unit. One end has to be re-inserted into the other and re-taped - hopefully better than it was before because it looks like a weak point. There is internal access to the roof space, but it may be easier to remove some tiles.
