Ducted aircon is dual zone (upstairs/downstairs). Occasionally the zone switch does not activate the zone chosen - that is - if switched to upstairs (from downstairs) airflow remains open downstairs and not switched upstairs as selected. Suspect that the airflow 'gates are sticking.
