We have a Bonaire Evap Cooler which is approx 5 years old. The unit is located at 78 Park Street, St Kilda West 3182.
Please advise when and for what estimated cost you could service this unit. I understand that our unit is the biggest residential unit (5 outlets ducts into 12 foot ceilings).
The unit seems to operating satisfactorily, but is possibly not cooling as much as it could.

Visually check CELDEK pads for damage or blockage. Clean or replace.
WATER TANK
Clean and visually check
WATER LEVEL / FLOAT VALVE

MOTOR AND FAN
Check that the fan spins freely and that there is no build up on the blades.
BLEED OFF
The bleed rate should be checked to ensure it is adequate and that there is no build up of mineral deposits.
PUMP
Check the pump spins freely and that the strainer is clean.
WATER DISTRIBUTION
Check the water distribution system for blockage. Check the delivery tube for kinks or holes. Check that the clamps are secure and in place.
