Evaporative Airconditioning - Fuse Blown in Breezair Evap Air Conditioner

12 months ago the fuse blew on our Evap Airconditioning and we had a company come out & repair it. Looks like the same thing has happened again yesterday. It is a Breezair Unit (ES/EV series) with a Harmony II Wall Control. There is no reading on the wall control at all.
We would like someone to come out urgently & get on the roof to replace the fuse.
