Evaporative Cooling - Repair Leaking Unit

Our Evaporative cooling unit is leaking and was dripping through the ceiling when the unit was turned on. It has happened previously, however the run off pipe was simply out of position and sending water back under the tiled roof.
The house is currently leased and I am waiting on the tenant to get back to me with the make/model as I can't remember it.
Need someone to come out asap.
