Our TB90N is not working. Located under house (with just 18cm clearance from top cover to floorboards). Also 10m from access hole. If unit is considered accessible to service, we want it fixed. We had one service tech out last week, who thought(guess) it was the gas valve (fan working on start up), but said he could not access properly to service./fix it. We thought best to get second opinion on this??
Otherwise believe we may need to relocate the unit/fix which we would ask for a quote for job first.
Obviously hope unit can be serviced where its located,(can side panels be taken off to access unit, if not able to do from top cover??)Thanks
