I have two upstairs air conditioners that are both leaking water when used in cooling mode. an air conditioning technician who looked at it said that either the units had no exhaust pipe correctly installed originally, or that they may have clogged during years of non-use. whether i need new exhausts laid or existing ones fixed, i'd like to get the units working properly.
