Both of the technicians that came were friendly and took the time to explain the mechanics of what was happening and their troubleshooting process. Ross arrived when he said he would and was able to diagnose the problem with the unit in a timely fashion (catastrophic failure of the obsolete R22 compressor unit). From here they offered a range of options to fix the problem and restore air-conditioning. In my case, it was more prudent a choice to replace the aging unit than attempt to find one second hand that would be compatible. I hired the firm to supply and install a new unit - which was completed without hassle and to a high standard. Great work.
