I require quotes to install a 2.5 hp Fujitsu ASTA24lcc reverse cycle airconditioner. Job requires running three phase power from power board from internal power board and concealing the wiring under bedroom cornicing to the external balcony, then running externally the wiring to head of unit on balcony, Then fit as per standard installation. All walls are brick
All work done must be of an extreme proffesional manner and carried out by a certified tradesperson.
It is important all wiring must be hidden internally eg under cornicing and all wiring and piping on the balcony must be housed in appropriate conduit.. All access will be by lift and the chosen tradesperson must abide by Builing bylaws inrelation to building access, movement within the building and abiding to work hours as set out in bylaws.
The site for the job is on a fifth floor balcony of a Potts Point Apartment in Sydney. Off sreet parking can be supplied and lift access is available. I look forward to your quotes.
