We are about to commence construction of our new home in 6-8 weeks.
we would like to install air conditioning into the home during the construction.
could you please provide 2 quotes. one for installing just the ducting etc and everything else necessary so that all we need to do in the future is plug in a unit and the second with everything fully installed, ducting, unit etc. due to the planning stage taking much longer than we envisaged we are currently way over budget so we may not be able to go with everything immediately, but having the comparison will help.
you can obviously guide us in this, but we see ourselves needing 5 zones:
1) rumpus, meals, family, dining
2) study
3) master suite
4) bed 2, 3, 4
5) media room, upstairs hallway
