Hi
I am completing the renovation of a single fronted Victorian house in Windsor, and would like a quote to install ducted heating/ cooling, as per the attached plans The house is long, and given the flat roof section between the front bedroom and rear living areas, we were looking to install 2 separate systems. We would like heating and cooling in the front 3 bedrooms, and potentially bathrooms and hallway. We anticipate this to be through the ceiling, with the unit in the ceiling spance above the bathroom.
The rear of the property is on a slab, and will therefore be through the ceiling as well. The rear will have a cathedral ceiling, with scissor trusses, and we anticipate the ducting will pass through the gaps in the trusses.
For both sections w are looking for the most cost effective solution to purchase/ install, so i would imagine 2 small ducted reverse cyscle systems will be the way to go.
The builder has indicated that rough in should be completed in 2-5 weeks time, so we are looking for a quote and to make a decision in the next week or so.
If you could please let me know ASAP a rough cost, that would be great.
