Hi,
I am planning to do an extension to my apartment and so another owner adjacent to me. There are two of us looking for ducted air or multi-head system - whichever suits best.
We are awaiting council approval which should come in the next week or so. I've taken the drawings of the plans which I can further share. There is a carpark level below, and apartment units above.
Ideally i want the AC units to be concealed, low-maintenance, quite, adjusted by room or zone, and improve air quality if possible.
If a unit is borderline in terms of power on a 40 degree day, i'd prefer to go up a level. If you could give me a couple of options and prices, let me know why your systems are best (I'll ask for quotes from one or two other suppliers) and a cover off questions (I'm new to this) then that would be great.
