Installation of a split cycle (2.6 kw) air conditioning unit (non-inverter type) to bedroom of a two storey house.
on-site quotes can be done at any time as the exterior of the building can be observed and measured by unrestricted street access. the bedroom in which the unit is to be installed is located at the front of the house with north windows (facing the street) and east facing windows (facing the neighbooring red brick unit dwelling). the north facing windows of the bedroom are directly above the front steps.
the head unit to be installed above either the north facing or east facing windows, compressor unit to be ground mounted, possibly underneath the house (or wall mounted if advised to do so).
weatherboard house, 1930's era, raised on stilts.
there is a dog on the premises but the animal cannot access the front of the house due to fencing.
