I am looking for a quote on installing an efficient split-system air conditioner for my main bedroom. It is a 3.8 by 3.15 meter room with a ceiling height of 2.4m in a brick-veneer house.

I am unsure of the insulation in the roof and in the crawl space below the room. As per the diagram, I think the compressor can be placed on the external wall behind the ideal location for the A/C but I will appreciate your input. The wall is in a shaded location in the shadow of the carport. The window is on the west facing wall.
I am unsure of what A/C unit I want but I think a 2.5 kw one is suitable? Will take your suggestion based by information available. I am unsure yet on whether to purchase it myself or through you.
As it is hard for me to take time off work, I would appreciate if you can give me a rough estimate based on the information I have given but please ask me for more details if you need.
There is no rush for the installation but I'm hoping for some time before summer.

1) I would like to know how much you do regular servicing on existing "National" brand A/C which is a window/wall unit in the living room. Currently working but maybe need routing check?
2) If you do evaporative cooling, a quote on an evaporative cooling system for the entire house to be installed on the south-facing roof. House is a 3 bedroom of about 120 square meters or 13 squares.
3) Quote for a routine servicing of a gas ducted underfloor heating system, if possible.
