Install new AC (Samsung)

I have a new Samsung AC to be installed. Currently a Daikin AC exists however it is using the old R22 gas pipes where else the new AC uses the R410A gas pipes
1. Require the new AC to be removed (gas put back in the old AC)
2. Install the new AC (please see photo attached) it is not back to back
3. Move of condenser on bracket and electrical components (please see photo attached)
4. Require electrical and plumbing/refridgeration certification
Open to payment options however I would like to pay nothing more than AUD680 for this install.
