I need a new Aussie Air Split Air Conditioner - Reverse Cycle 1.5HP - Wall Mountable with Remote Control and Toshiba Compressor installed in my unit. My unit is on the top (third) floor of a late 70's block. I am expecting the outdoor part of the unit to be installed in the centre of the balcony to run through to the living area. There is limited wall space inside the unit, so I am expecting the indoor unit to be installed near the ceiling. This will probably require drilling through double brick, from outside to inside of apartment. I will also need all usual noise dampers installed, and a certificate provided so I don't void the warranty.
