I have an air conditioner i want to have installed into my brick veneer home. it is a panasonic inverter with the wall unti inside and the operating unit which goes outside.

The service was prompt but the installer failed to replace roof tiles he moved to fit the wiring. I had a family of possums move into my roof cavity as a result I had to pay to locate the problem (the moved tiles were not visible from the ground) as well as to remove the possums and several nights of lost sleep all because of laziness. Not very happy. I think more care should have been taken by their installers.
