The gas heater is to be fitted in an upstairs bedroom. Gas is currently supplied to the home and there is a gas line directly below the bedroom which can be used to supply the room by way of a line tacked up the wall. The flue can be mounted directly out the back of the heater through the wall.
There are other jobs which also need to be done, but I will discuss this with the gas fitter and obtain a separate quote for this work later.
