Hi,
Need to install a split system air conditioner. It needs to be installed in a low set brick house, and it is back to back installation. Cavity brich with reasonably easy man hole access. Straight forward easy job. On the outside there is a concrete slab to put the unit on.
The unit is a 7.4kw inverter, so it will need a new circuit/kill switch. The cable stretch for this new circuit should be about 6-8 meters. Easy access to pull the circuit through the roof cavity into the switch board. I am expecting to pay about $5-600 for this installation.
