They advise it will need to access the indoor unit in order to investigate further. Due to limited access, it will need to cut some access panels in the ceiling to access the indoor unit. These panels will be surface mounted plastic type drop-in panel white. If major work is required, unit may need to come down which mean removing a section of the ceiling 1.5meter x 0,5meter. Please submit a quote for repair. If you need onsite inspection please give me a call. I will require a free quote.
