House was purchased with unit installed, 2005. Unit is blowing air only on an adhoc basis. Can only provide model detail "Comfort Breeze". Control pad is "Tekelek". Bonaire evap ac runs 1 min then fan locks & stops. sounds like bearing noise, remote works fine tried reset unit and remote, tried lubing bearing and that helped but it only ran for maybe 3 mins...
