After turning off my A/C unit as normal, it stoped turning on. Even the stand-by led is not ON for indoor unit. Looks like the power cut off from outdoor unit (maybe)! I tried changing battery on...

only the fan works. No longer cools. When switch it on it short circuits.
Air conditioner "alpine" brand doesn't blow cold air anymore. re-gassing.

The air-con was working a few weeks ago however has stopped putting out cold air. it may be a gas leak? i hear that alpine are not the easiest to get parts for.
