I have a Mistral air conditioner that will not cool ! when winter came it would not heat so my brother who is an electrician found a broken relay so he replaced it! it seamed to have fixed the... Its a 2.5h.p split system and had it for 3yrs. we never had any problem with it but now its no cooling air, last winter we used it a lot for warm air, i dont know if its got anything to do with...
