10-yr old Daikin split with R22 on my roof needs improvement. It works, but only about half as cold as it used to be. The house is ducted but the old aircon unit is not working. There are dials all over the house already so presume we just need a new or a fix on the aircon unit. We need it to work for both heat... Need to replace an old split system airconditioner, however have been advised by an aircon company that because the pipes go through a solid exterior wall and underfloor that it is "too hard" to... Need an innovative tradesman to figure out how to install (and or install/ supply) without pulling the building apart............
