The location of all external components should comply with OH&S regulations. 7. ¨The Owner's Committee recommend placing air conditioning condensers on the roof in order to minimize noise disturbance for neighbours and maintain the aesthetics of the building. If owners with a balcony wish to place the condenser on their private balcony, they may do so, but are obliged to utilise an evaporator tray (for water dripoff) and a protective cover (to minimize noise disturbance for neighbours). If complaints are received in relation to noise disturbance, owners will be required to relocate the condenser to the roof at their own expense. Any external piping or conduits should be in brown or brunswick green to match the existing colour scheme of the buliding.¨
