I want to know what my options are regarding air conditioning, especially on a budget. I am a full-time TAFE student who lives at home with his parents still. I work mostly on a casual basis,... I want to know what my options are regarding air conditioning, especially on a budget. I am a full-time TAFE student who lives at home with his parents still. I work mostly on a casual basis, only on weekends, and just get money from Centrelink. My parents do not bother with air-conditioning, but I would like to do what I can with my measly salary. I'd like a broad idea regarding what type is recommended for my home(should i do just a room or the whole house) and the with the pricing quite limited as I do not make a lot of income and assuming my parents won't help.

Home AirCon Carrier Weathermaker WMHO0307 wont start. Recently stopped working and turned on and off at outside switch, this started it working again. Then around 4 weeks later it has stopped... Then around 4 weeks later it has stopped working again. Not sure if it just needs a general clean or service, or if some component requires replacing. Probably best for someone to come visit and inspect.
