We have a Conia, aircon with one panel. Since few days ago the cooling is not working properly and it just works as fan. Not sure but seems that that compressor does not turn on. Turned on the aircon this afternoon and the red Operation LED flashes continuously and the green Timer LED flashes 11 times. It's a Fujitsu Inverter AST24PBA-W. The indoor unit is pushing out room temperature air only and not cooling (or heating I think). The insulation on the outermost pipe connected to the outdoor unit is damp to the touch.
