they arranged visit very efficiently but that is where it went downhill, man arrived eventually agreed there was a problem and needed parts - then I got a call asking if I knew where they could get parts !! I just paid $110 to someone who didn\'t even know how to get parts for my air conditioner, and that after naming the product I needed support for in my enquiry - they should not have responded for a product they couldn\'t support - money for nothing - I should have contacted the manufacturer direct. won\'t use this site again. Price would have been OK if they could have actually been able to fix
