Mitsubishi Heavy Industries A/C is blowing out air that is not very cold

The A/C outside unit is: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SCM45ZA. There are two internal units: SKM25ZA. The inside unit in the bed room does not seem to be producing air that is very cold. The A/C was installed in January 2002 and there has been no previous problems with the unit. Perhaps it needs regassing?
