My Toshiba Split System doenst blow cold air

I have a RAS 18NK Toshiba Split System, the heat control works good but the cool doesnt, the air isnt cold at all even if the tempature is set at the lowest and the system turns off after 30 minutes and all the lights flash and then i have to turn the system off by the main switch. I am currently renting and i have advised my real estate and i havent heard back from them, i just really need some advice on what might be the problem?
