We have a Brivis Climate System Buffalo 120 with a Uni-Aire Optimisor Compressor and I don't believe the unit is functioning very well.
The temperature setting on the electronic controller is not maintained when set either manually or via programming. If the temp setting is 22 degrees, the temperature reading is 27-28 degrees. Doesn't matter how low you program the temperature, the unit doesn't cool the house to the desired setting.
We have tried closing the windows and curtains, closing off some of the vents in unused rooms, and the main living areas and the baby's room (4 months old) are still 28 degrees.
Some of the vents are broken, and some of the louvres underneath the vents are missing.
I was under the impression refrigerated cooling was supposed to cool a house to the desired temperature setting, with slight fluctuations in room temperature depending on where the controller was positioned in relation to the return, is this correct?
