My 2005 Carrier 1 HP indoor Model 42P100H ( Outdoor 53P100H) Split Air conditional unit is faulty. The "unit on" lamp flash on and off. The fan mode operates on all speed but the unit goes silent/dead when the mode is changed to other modes, dry cool and heat. Please assist to give me a 71 years age pension discount for the repair will be greatly appreciated. Sorry, appreciate your help as I can afford to pay cash $180 only from my pension saving.
