My 2004 Carrier indoor Model 42P100H ( Outdoor compressor Model 53P100H reverse cycle, 1 horse power with single phase PH ) Split Air conditional unit is faulty. The "unit on" lamp flash on and off when unit is turned on. The fan mode operates on all speed but the unit goes silent/dead when the mode is changed to other modes, dry cool and heat. Please assist to give me a 71 years age pension discount for the repair will be greatly appreciated. Sorry, currently I can only afford cash $190 total from my pension savings.
