The repairman Darren was a very nice guy. The problem was he did not carry the most common replacement part like solenoid even though I mentioned the make in my order. He did not even have a stop valve to stop the water and had to close the water supply while he went to buy the part. Then they charged me for about an hour the repairman spent finding out that it was over the shelf part available at Reece and going to Reece to get the part. I got an offer of $165 plus parts from \"Simon Darvell\" which would have saved me about $150.
