The air conditioner model is GDC12RCWA (Dimplex 3.5 kw Portable Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner). Water is leaking through the bottom edge of the air conditioner and through the bottom filter when the unit is operating. The drain pipe does not work at all. It seem the water tank is not filling up at all or the evaporative function is not working.
